Day 16 – Grand Turk

In what felt like déjà vu, we approached Grand Turk, the winds and waves were minimal – even lower than six days ago when the Captain chose to skip the port.  We joked, saying “Let’s see the Captain say THESE conditions are too rough to dock.”

Soon, it wasn’t a joke.  Yes, the Captain called off this visit to Grand Turk as well.  Inexplicably.  Mike had checked local weather throughout the early morning, and there were zero reports of any rough conditions.

Day 17 – At Sea
