At Canada’s Longest Pier in White Rock, BC

Lunch with John and Sherri at Washington Ave. Grill in White Rock

A wonderful Monday morning brunch on our own at Maxine’s, where the food and drink was great, and the servers and manager were engaging and warmly attentive.

Coffee and mimosas – a perfect combination!

Special note.  Linda has dear, dear friends from 36 years ago when she lived in Calgary, Canada. Linda had not seen Maureen and Bruce in all that time, and we had tried on three previous occasions to see them – the first in 2020 – and something always prevented the trip from taking place.  The last attempt was Fall 2024, and the Canadian wild fires were the cause of cancellation.  We were blessed to spend five days with these wonderful people, touring Vancouver and driving the Sea to Sky highway up to Whistler, BC.
